Annual Reports

To comply with the Electricity Act and the State Owned Enterprises Act, Solomon Power is required to submit to the Responsible Ministers a report on its operations, audited financial statements and an audit report within 3 months of the end of our financial year being 31st December. These are contained in our annual reports.

For the last five years Solomon Power has delivered unqualified financial statements showing profits. For the last four years, the annual reports have been on time.
