When customer requests a final reading and disconnection to the electricity supply, the following is carried out:

• Final reading is carried out
• The Refundable Security Deposit is utilized to pay the outstanding bill
• A final bill is sent to customers showing the outstanding debt amount.
• Customer pays off the outstanding bill, the installation is disconnected and moved out of the billing system
