Domestic customers are encouraged to transfer from kW to Cashpower.  Problematic commercial customers are also encouraged to transfer to Cashpower, but only after load assessment had been confirmed. All arrears are to be transferred into the Cashpower account. Upon every Cashpower transaction, a 50% deduction is applied. The customer is to pay a Cashpower installation cost of $800.00. This is payable before the Cashpower meter is requested. Tenants must get written consent from the Landlord for the meter change before any meter is installed in the property and any reconnection is carried out.
