Project Overview

Solomon Power ("the Employer") invites sealed proposals from suitably qualified and experienced individuals or businesses for the lease and operation of Solomon Power Cafeteria Facility located at Solomon Power Headquarters at Ranadi, Honiara.

The successful proponent will be responsible for managing and operating the cafeteria facility and providing cafeteria and catering services for Solomon Power employees, meetings, training programs and corporate functions.

Evaluation Process

A competitive assessment and evaluation process will be conducted in accordance with Solomon Power's Procurement and Tendering Procedures to identify the most suitable operator for the facility.

Mandatory Site Inspection

Date: Monday 10 August 2026

Time: 9:30 AM

Venue: Solomon Power Head Office, Cafeteria Area, Ranadi, Honiara

Important: Attendance at the site inspection is mandatory for all interested proponents.

Submission Address

All proposals shall be submitted through the Solomon Power Tender Box located at Solomon Power Head Office, Ranadi.

Proponents are advised to sign the submission register available at Reception upon submission.

Late submissions shall not be considered.

Proposal Opening

Opening of proposals will take place immediately after the submission deadline.
