Where the customer is not able to pay 50% of the arrears, a special arrears arrangement is entered into in a form of a contract, to be signed by the customer and Solomon Power. The customer is to agree to pay an initial deposit less than 50% of the arrears, and a certain amount each week, fortnight or month until the arrears are fully paid. This is paid on top of the current bills. The arrears must be recovered within less than one year period.

The customer paying the arrears under this arrangement shall continue to enjoy and use electricity supply without interruption by the Authority.
