A Reconnection Fee of $15.00 for domestic and $40.00 for commercial applies for every kW reconnection.

The following options apply for kW Reconnections:

• Pay 100%, or 75% or 50% of the arrears, or
• Pay initial deposit of less than 50% and do an arrears arrangement
• Customer is transferred to Cashpower with existing arrears transferred into the Cashpower account
