TOOL AND STOCK CONTROLLER – GENERATION
The role of a Tool and Stock Controller is essential for maintaining an efficient and organized inventory levels for all Generation Operations. The role will be responsible for Issuing, receiving, monitoring, tracking inventory and safe keeping of hand tools and power tools and equipment and replenish them us and when required. It also ensures the Issuing, receiving, monitoring, recording and storage of goods are available in the right quantities at the right time and in an acceptable and orderly manner and replenishing of stock to maintain stock levels to meet generations operation demand. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
This position reports to the Spare Part Engineer. It is a full-time role and the incumbent will ensure;
- All Operations Power tools and hand tools effectively managed
- Generations Stores operations effectively managed
- Well informed management through accurate and timely reporting
- Operationally compliant function ensured
- A healthy, safe and OHS compliant Solomon Power
- Organizational Values promoted and demonstrated at all times
- Environmentally compliant organization
Qualification/Experience: Accounting and Finance, Business and Management.
- At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
- High level of computer skills in excel and data analysis
- Must be able to work long hours when needed, including weekends
- Results oriented and ability to deliver outcomes under pressure and difficult circumstances.
