The Solomon Islands Electricity Authority (SIEA), trading as Solomon Power is inviting bids for the following project:

The Procurement of One (1) 12.5/15MVA 11/33kV Transformer at Lungga Power Station

This assignment is funded by IDA/World Bank.

Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Guidelines.

Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the below address: Board Room, SIEA Head Office, Ranadi, Honiara, Solomon Islands

Bidders are to submit their bids in hard copy and provide an electronic copy (on CD or USB stick). Both hard copy and electronic copy shall be submitted at the same time and shall be included and sealed in the same envelope. The hard copy shall prevail in case there is discrepancy between the hard copy and electronic copy.
