Manager Legal and Contracts

Primary Objective:

To provide expert commercially focused, legal advice to the Company and its senior
managers on major agreements, strategic regulatory issues and other significant issues which form
basis of SIEA’s operation and performance.
The position reports to General Manager Corporate Service.

Key Result Areas:
The following key result areas are expected to be achieved when undertaking the duties of the job:
1. Lead and manage the Legal and Contracts team to achieve business objectives
2. Contract Management
3. Management of Tendering Process
4. Advice, Support and Training
5. Compliance
6. Leadership and Management

Appropriate legal tertiary qualifications (eg contract law, corporate law)

Demonstrated experience in the provision of high level, commercially focused, legal advice on key business issues.

Administration Officer

Primary Objective:

To provide efficient administration support to the HR & Admin Team, Managers and Executive Secretary.
The role reports to the Manager HR and Administration.

Key Result Areas:
The following key result areas are expected to be achieved when undertaking the duties of the job:
1. Efficient and timely assistance provided
2. A well maintained, accurate and accessible filing and register system
3. A healthy, safe and OHS compliant Solomon Power
4. Environmental protection is prioritised at all times
5. Organisational values promoted and demonstrated at all times

Appropriate tertiary qualification in Accounting and Finance, Business and Management from a recognised tertiary institution.
